Challenge
Solarland needed to improve its business operations and provide wholesale and institutional buyers with a more efficient way to manage product ordering online. They also needed to optimize their back-of-house operations and inventory management for industrial solar panels and supplies.
Solution
Eventige proposed a migration to BigCommerce B2B Edition, which offered advanced features such as Net Terms, custom PO Ordering, and Customer Groups. The migration was flawlessly executed from a legacy WordPress platform and enabled Solarland to streamline its back-of-house operations and inventory management for its industrial solar panels and supplies.
EMG teams also integrated lead capture, custom forms tied to the clients' CRM, and Klaviyo email marketing automation to help customers understand the ordering process and service the solar panels and bundles available. SEO was also implemented to improve online positioning.
Results
The migration to BigCommerce B2B Edition and the integration of lead capture, custom forms, and Klaviyo email marketing automation enabled Solarland to manage its inventory and data more efficiently. The website's SEO optimization resulted in improved online positioning, giving customers a much more powerful way to manage product ordering online.
The new branding, sell sheets, and custom new BigCommerce B2B Edition backend created an influx of net new business inquiries, as well as improved the overall brand positioning to communicate the quality the brand group delivers in its research, development, and manufacturing processes.
We came across Eventige when deciding to transition over to BigCommerce for our B2B company. We're extremely happy with the level of support and dedication that Alexei and his team provided us throughout the entire process. We had the pleasure of working directly with Alexei, Molly, Alex, and Peter, however, the entire team at Eventige was able to understand our needs and took time to thoroughly implement processes that met our goals and exceeded expectations.
Kayden, Solarland
