About Solarland
Solarland manufactures solar panels for both B2B and B2C sectors with their sub-brand NewPowa - a unique brand position that very few own in their category. In the USA, they power schools, municipalities, businesses, and also have a strong presence on Amazon, in the camping and outdoor sector, and through resellers.
Challenge
Solarland needed to improve several business processes in order to provide their buyers with a more efficient way to order, manage, and service their products. They also needed to optimize their back-of-house inventory management, improve their branding, create spec sheets, and launch retention marketing.
Research & Strategy
To determine the required platforms and processes to achieve Solarland's growth goals, Eventige teams met with the key stakeholders from operations, marketing, and sales. To best understand all of the bottlenecks, we mapped the user journeys for both B2B and B2C customer groups, establishing a prioritization order for all of the features, modules, and planned systems upgrades for the brand managers.
Creative & Production
Having gathered the necessary data on user journeys Eventige teams mapped the backend SKU logic and ordering processes, designed the website, migrated the data, and launched a new B2B experience on BigCommerce. This included establishing a sleek, modern, and sophisticated look to all of the assets that paired with the website, such as print collateral, social media, and e-mail systems. Lead capture setup, a migration to Klaviyo, and on-page SEO were also delivered.
Promotion & Retention
Post-launch, conversion rate optimization was performed to improve on the lead capture, e-mail nurturing flows, and on-site experience. This included updating filtering and enhancing the experience with blogging, SEO, and on-going consulting for systems, platforms, and marketing processes for continued growth.
