PROBAR - a plant-based protein bar and snacks brand, was looking to transition from 3 previous agencies to a full-service food & beverage marketing agency capable of supporting all technical, marketing, and communications activities.
Solution
The solution included auditing existing marketing channels, processes, and approach; later developing programs to align with both the immediate needs of the business, as well as alignment with the growth goals of the business in several sectors. This included wholesale account support and online D2C optimization of the business.
With the unification of the backend systems complete, Eventige teams turned to the redevelopment of Klaviyo email marketing, tying together Loyalty, Email, SMS, and Subscription systems together with a Shopify CRO program. This was followed by a complete branding overhaul of the online presence and lead capture systems. On-site and off-page SEO, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Meta Paid Social Management came next in the mix of on-going support.
Results
With the brand and systems overhaul in place, the results yielded impressive benefits right away. The migration to Yotpo subscriptions made the process of updating orders, pausing, or changing the product mix much easier, increasing subscription sign-ups and reducing churn. The SEO programs also bumped organic search results by over 20% within 30 days.
The paid social and Google Ads systems also increased in ROAS, with several optimizations tying to reducing the max cap on retargeting programs, and increasing the budget spent on Net New Customer Acquisition.
