Perfec-Tone Skincare sought a long-term agency partner to assist with several initiatives, beginning with a complicated POS and multi-currency Shopify Plus site migration. With a well-established product line in salons, the brand wanted to expand further by consolidating multiple legacy systems. The challenge was to develop a strategy for implementation mechanics that would enable the brand to achieve its goal of growth and expansion into new markets.
Solution
To address Perfec-Tone's challenges, Eventige was engaged to develop and implement a strategy. The agency quickly rolled out email marketing, on-site lead capture, search engine marketing, and digital ads after the successful replatforming to Shopify Plus.
Eventige also developed new programs to support packaging, press & PR, and wholesale, which were subsequently launched. Eventige team then deployed sweepstakes, as well as multi-layer holistic marketing and inbound generation strategies tied to net new customer acquisition funnels and automation marketing.
Results
As a result of the successful implementation of these initiatives, Perfec-Tone Skincare experienced remarkable category growth across all of the business units and spokes of the brand.
The brand was also able to consolidate several legacy systems, enabling it to expand further. Perfec-Tone Skincare has since been rolled into Eventige's 360BrandFuel™ program, ensuring continued growth for the brand.
