Challenge
Method Seven approached Eventige to help them develop their brand both online and offline. They needed help with brand design, infrastructure, and operations enhancement. Their inventory management needed optimization, and their retail and wholesale processes needed redesigning. Additionally, they required assistance in migrating their legacy eCommerce platform.
Solution
Eventige teams began the first phase of the project by optimizing inventory management, redesigning retail and wholesale processes, and providing a white-glove migration from Magento to BigCommerce Enterprise. Teams also realigned pricing tiers and customer groups to allow stakeholders to quickly expand into new distribution channels without any data loss.
To enhance online conversion rates, Eventige implemented UX design improvements, search marketing system implementation, content development, and launched Klaviyo as well as HubSpot for B2B management. Lead capture systems, affiliate marketing, and retargeting programs were also launched.
Results
