Challenge
Fame On Central - a global fashion brand, with locations in NYC, London, and Israel, came to EMG looking for a full-service fashion brand development agency. This included support with in-store retail growth, launching new customer-facing retention programs, and supporting all technical and marketing activities for the brand managers as they focused on operations & production priorities.
Solution
The first phase of engagement included auditing the current technologies and marketing approaches being leveraged. This included a technical SEO audit, Shopify applications and adoption review, as well as projections on CPA numbers and setting benchmarks.
After the measurement protocols were put in place, the next phase included setting up the systems required for growth and advertising. This included Klaviyo email, SMS with Yotpo’s SMSBump, launching a Loyalty Program tied together with in-store signage, and Shopify CRO updates to help supercharge growth.
Results
Once the brand development and system optimization pillars were actioned, Google AdWords, on-going promotional marketing, and social media advertising on Meta and with influencers were next.
Fame On Central SEO programs achieved an increase in 23% of non-branded traffic, with Google Ads performing at an exceptional ROAS for both branded and non-branded terms; falling well within the target CPA numbers set forth by client and agency. The engagement between Fame On Central and Eventige continues with new optimizations and growth marketing promotions launching for SS23.
