Challenge
DJI Spare Parts (DJISP) – a consumer electronics firm, approached Eventige to develop an eCommerce strategy to expand their service and parts business globally. They needed help refining their messaging, migrating to a new eCommerce platform, and designing a new brand identity.

Solution
Eventige worked with DJISP to refine their messaging and migrate their eCommerce platform to BigCommerce stencil. EMG teams also designed a new brand identity that better reflected DJISP's offerings. To expand their global reach, Eventige deployed SEO and PPC marketing strategies to increase traffic, boost average order values, and accelerate inbound traffic.

Results
Thanks to Eventige's efforts, DJISP is now serving customers in South America, North America, and select international destinations. The company has expanded into new territories and continues to grow by leveraging their eCommerce website and architecture, built by EMG, for a wholesale part market and supplying dealers.

EMG's brand development efforts for DJISP have also led to an increase in traffic, with better conversion rates and higher average order values.
