DJI Spare Parts engaged Eventige to develop an eCommerce strategy for the consumer electronics firm. Brand development focused on refining the messaging, migrating to BigCommerce stencil, and designing a new brand identity, with the goal of expanding its service and parts business to multiple countries.

DJISP is now serving South America, North America, and shipping to select other international destinations. SEO and PPC marketing were deployed to follow best practices for converting traffic, increasing average order values, and accelerating inbound traffic.

As a global dealer, DJISP continues to expand its services into new territories and expand its digital footprint. Their growth is aided by leveraging the eCommerce website and architecture, built by EMG, for a wholesale part market and supplying dealers.
