Blomdahl engaged EMG's proprietary 360BrandFuel to assist in scaling operations in North America. As an ISO manufacturer and distributor, Blomdahl required support of back-of-house systems as well as consulting and implementation for customer-facing marketing systems.
EMG drove the strategy, design, and implementation: this included both strategic direction and tactical application of all marketing and advertising. HubSpot, BigCommerce, and Klaviyo email marketing automation systems were rolled out. Affiliate marketing, lead generation, print media, digital marketing, and search engine marketing were also deployed, increasing AOV as well as retention.
