Blomdahl – an ISO manufacturer and distributor, needed support to scale operations in North America. They required assistance with back-of-house systems, as well as consulting and implementation for customer-facing marketing systems tied to their new BigCommerce store and online growth goals.
Solution
To address Blomdahl's challenges, EMG provided a comprehensive solution through its proprietary 360BrandFuel program. This program included strategic direction and tactical application of all marketing and advertising efforts, which included rolling out HubSpot, BigCommerce, and Klaviyo email marketing automation systems.
Additionally, affiliate marketing, lead generation, print media, digital marketing, and search engine marketing were deployed to increase Blomdahl's average order value (AOV) and retention.
