Challenge
Hell's Kitchen Chef Guy Vaknin had a new restaurant concept, Beyond Sushi, that needed a full-service food and beverage marketing company to help with its launch and promotion across a variety of locations (as well as online).

Solution
Eventige rose to the challenge and created a comprehensive digital media strategy to promote Beyond Sushi. Eventige leveraged social media and content marketing systems, to fuel the restaurant's growth and develop the website, on-site social media photo capture systems, and SEO. This tied together promotions for catering customers as in-dining and delivery orders.

Results
Shortly after working with Eventige, Beyond Sushi's national brand awareness and recognition skyrocketed. The brand received widespread attention after appearing on Shark Tank and securing investments from the Sharks.

These investments supported the restaurant's expansion into the West Coast market through franchising. Beyond Sushi remains at the forefront of the market as the first fast-casual vegan sushi concept, thanks to its incredibly delicious and healthy recipes from award-winning Chef Guy Vaknin.
