Challenge
Bebe – a retail brand, needed to increase engagement and brand awareness among its customers. They required a comprehensive marketing strategy that could boost its visibility across various digital channels, including social media and email marketing, as well as in-store at retail locations.

Solution
To achieve Bebe's goals, Eventige designed a multi-channel marketing campaign. The campaign involved several strategies such as out-of-home advertising and social media marketing. The team integrated digital media UGC in-store, enabling customers to interact with the brand by posting real-time pictures, which allowed for the collection of key insights for the brand.

Social media marketing photo booths were deployed across the flagship locations of the Bebe brand. This helped connect the brand's highest-trafficked locations with the latest UGC in-store systems integration. The sharing programs influenced users within retail stores to engage with branded content, share their pictures online, and sign-up for additional offers and incentives.

Results
The marketing campaign achieved significant results for Bebe. The e-mail marketing and trigger-based systems pushed the messaging to the customers' social accounts with incentives and promotional specials. This resulted in an increase in sign-ups and lead generation data for brand managers on both the marketing and analytics side of the business.

Additionally, the use of UGC in-store and social media marketing helped to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. These strategies also enabled the brand to collect key insights from customers, which can help in designing future marketing campaigns.
